Yes. Some tours may have additional costs in addition to the tour cost. These costs are usually costs that are paid directly to a third-party, such as a community or bilingual guide. All additional costs are listed under the ‘Not Included’ section on the Tour page.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank deposits or transfers. Due to high processing fees on credit card, we suggest that after you have made the 30% deposit to pay the rest in cash at the time of your tour.
We suggest light fast-drying clothing. Pants are recommended over shorts as they will offer more protection from possible scrap or scratches and biting insects. For most of our tours, we will supply rubber boot for you to wear.

Absolutely! Each tour we offer is customizable within limits as certain activities are specific to certain areas. However, if there are certain activities you would prefer over others we can make that happen. Please note though, depending on the change the tour cost may change.
We get it, plans change and things happen. We offer a full refund of any funds paid (sans processing fees) up to 2 weeks before your tour date. After that, the money paid is non-refundable, as there as fixed cost that we incurred while arranging for your tour that can not be refunded to us. However, if you can’t make the original date of your tour and would like to reschedule your tour, your payment can be transferred to a different date without any additional fees. Tour costs are not refundable after the tour is finished.
Yes, as tours require planning and certain arrangements such as transportation, food, and lodging to be made, we’d like to know in advance that you’re coming.
For multiple day tours we prefer at least 2 weeks notice, especially for larger groups; for small groups (2-3 people) a week is fine. For our Full Day Tours, we require at least a one day notice.
